Richmond Family Place respects and upholds an individual’s right to privacy and the protection of their personal information. Richmond Family Place is committed to ensuring compliance with British Columbia’s Personal Information and Protection of Privacy Act (PIPA). We will inform people what personal information it collects about people and why. We will store information securely and identify who has access to the information that we collect. We will inform people what information will be shared, with whom, and why.
Disclosure Policy
The law requires everyone who has a reason to believe that a child has been or is likely to be physically harmed, sexually abused or sexually exploited, or needs protection is legally responsible to report the matter to a child protection worker.
