About Toddler Time
The Toddler Time program is delivered in partnership with Touchstone Family Association, Aspire Richmond, Richmond Family Place and Richmond Public Library. It is a free Play and Learn Drop-In program for Chinese speaking parents, caregivers and their children aged 10 months to two years of age with a focus on family resources in the Richmond Community. Please join us weekly for a time of stories, play and parent education.

Tuesdays – Brighouse Library – 9:30am to 11:00am
Wednesdays – Cambie Library – 1:00pm to 2:30pm
Fridays – Seedlings – 9:30am to 11:00am
